Well along my lovely journey in life I learned how to do yoga. About 15 years ago I learned a yoga that was so intense you were sweating and using muscles you didn't know you had. After you felt peaceful, successful, surrender, relaxed, and more patient in the moment. Yoga is the best way for me to understand myself in a difficult time. I get quiet, inward and I can figure out why I'm reacting to something in a bad way. Because I can hear myself in that peaceful, centered state
So second. I think everyone should snowboard a few times, so they can stand up longer then a few seconds and really get a good ride down a fast hill. There is such a rush and connection to the mountain. I never wanted to leave when I was in Colorado or lake Tahoe snowboarding.
3rd everyone should try something that they are afraid of. Push passed your expectations and give it a try! You may find you love it!!! And you will feel very proud afterwards!!
