To explain why its so important that i run! my body, my genes. here is some history.
my sister was/is a triathlete, she did an iron man, escape from alkatraz (swam from Alkatraz in San Fransisco to the shore then biked and ran up and down those insane hills! she is in her mid 40's and when she says she is going on a "jog" she means a 20 mile run.
my older brother was a professional tennis player, he was top 100 there for a while, my oldest brother was a professional tennis coach , he taught Harrison Ford, Bruce Willis and more in ST John, i played every sport possible, in highschool, volley ball, tennis, golf, swimming, horse back riding. my point is, is my family is amazingly athletic and if i dont move my body, it gets pissed at me, and if i do run, i am rewarded greatly. i wish i could post pics of my bros and sister...they are all my heros.
I can jump a horse over a picnic table, i can run down a steep mountain with falling rocks, I can play tennis, golf, i love to paint, my dad always told me I would be his little Renaissance girl.
my dad just did RAg bri where you bike across Iowa. my mom is beautiful and strong, and 67. im telling you. having hippy parents, who did a bunch of acid and meditated alot, really is awsome, because they look so young, and they gave us anything we needed to succeed. there way of thinking was so open minded and positive growing up, that we all thought we could do anything. I love my parents. again, i wish i could show pics... but...not sure they would like that.
