Here we go another rant about work. I am good at my job. I do more than is expected of me. Then why can I not expand my self into other aspects of my job? No, we need you to do this rte, we need you to stay late this is all I hear. I want to be an A.M. operation manager not a courier my whole life. I am a victim of my own success.
