I am new to this and just getting started, so bear with me a minute. After lots of changes in my life over the past 10 years I am starting to settle into my adult life. A decade ago I was preparing to go to school for Bio-Chemical Engineering; never ended up going. Dropped out of my back-up college to join the Marine Corps. After one non-combat deployment to the Middle East I decided I had moral opposition to what was going on in Iraq. I did one of the hardest things a Marine can do and became a Conscientious Objector. After a few attempts to go back to school in subjects I was interested in but didn't fully enjoy and a failed marriage I have found myself loving the life of a bartender, and fully embracing the alternative lifestyle. Now that I have made my mind up on how I want to live the rest of my life I figured that I ought to learn more about all the others out there. Being from a small town and still only living in a city of roughly 60,000 people, I don't have a lot of experience with this community, but I have been gaining more and more.

All I surely know about myself is that I want to live life to the fullest. This may be my last day and I want to spend it doing the things I love. Tending bar at a storied music venue has offered me a chance to make money enjoying the music scene I had grown to love over several years. On top of that, it has brought me in contact with several different music oriented communities of people that all share a passion for the things I love. Music and Booze.
