I obviously have a bit of an obsessive personality and tend to find myself thinking about things in overdrive. Right now all I can think about is the diet and exercise program I am going to start as soon as I have my baby. I'm due Oct 2nd and I pretty much want to start right away after she is born with the dietary changes. I've been eating SO BAD since I got pregnant, but I feel like I can't help it. Besides feeling hungry ALL THE TIME, only certain foods "sound good" and most of them arent too healthy, though I do eat a lot of fruit. For example, I used to never drink soda and now all I can think about is how delicious diet, caffeine free, sugar free coke is.

Anyway, I cannot wait to lose weight. When I first moved to Scotland in May of 2009, I was a little overweight, but about a US size 10 or 12. Now I don't even know what I am. Probably close to a 16. And I know a lot of the weight gain has to do with the fact that I am pregnant, but I just cannot wait to shed the pounds. But there really is no point in me obsessing about it so much right now because I still have two months to go before I have this baby!

What can I do to take my mind off of it??
