So my friend/helper decided to throw a temper tantrem. Saying how im not the boss and saying all I do is fuck off. So im like umm ok dont know what jobsite your on since you just got here a few weeks ago. Since ive been teaching him how to do the work I do and he has no clue how to do it. He has been more of in my way then a help. He also has a listening problem. Tell him to do something and he doesnt do it or get something and he doesnt get it. But o well. So he throws his tantrem and threatens my job. Nice friend he is being. Saying he is gonna call our boss and tell him whats going on. So now im pissed get down and get in his face and say if you got an issue with me say it to my face now or we can go outside and hammer it out. Him fully knowing ill win the fight he realizes to shut the fuck up. This all started cause my boss called me with something to do and when he calls its a priority and he didnt seem the understand that. Well at around noon my boss came here and since my helper had to leave for family things we discussed the incident and told him he needs to clear things up that im in charge. Which he is gonna do tomorrow and any issues between me and my boss are hammered out. ( He just says im a loud mouth which I am and I have no problem telling someone they are wrong ) . I do great work in my company and no one can deny that. I just have my ways of doing things and there are always conflicts of interest and people butt heads. I didnt take anything personal. People get upset im not the nicest or touchy feely person but thats not me. Im straight forward and thats the way I like to be. Never a scum bag.
