The diet/eating healthy/exercise lifestyle change is going well. I don't own a scale so I don't know how much weight I've lost but I don't mind that. I can tell I've lost weight and am toning up...the husband has noticed too. I'm vain although I try not to be.
The only down side is that my arms rival his in bicep size. Ha. Picking up and carrying a 20lb baby everyday has given me pretty large biceps. Its always been relatively easy for me to look cut in the arms to the point that I wouldn't exercise them alot for fear of that overly muscular look. Oh well...better to be muscular than flabbin', I guess.
But overall I just feel better since starting so I feel that my goals are being met as far as that goes.

If your biceps are equal insize, I would hate for you to use them on me.
Have a good day girl.
