I feel great. Unbelievably so. It seems after years of misery, things are finally starting to turn for the better. My divorce is going as smoothly as it can, given the situation, and lit looks by the time all is said and done, we will have been able to do it without dragging lawyers into the mix. She finally got a full time position and starts Monday, so she'll be able to afford to move out by the end of April, and I'll finally be able to convert her temporary bedroom back into the office/spare room it was supposed to be.

I've also been talking a lot to a friend from high school. Things seem to be going well in that regard, and although there's nothing physical happening (my choice, waiting until I'm legally divorced), it's been years since I've been so excited to spend time just talking to someone.

And then there's photography. This past weekend was amazing. I've already spammed the photography group with some of my photos, but you'll get some more here. Just the highlights anyway. If you feel like digging, clicking on any of them will take you to my flickr. Even better than just shooting this past weekend, was a message I got after the fact. One of the photographers I was hanging out with was checking out my G+ profile, followed the link to my Model Mayhem profile, and has decided that she wants to model for some of my project ideas. w00t.

It feels weird. For the first time in a long time, I can say that life is good without a single drop of sarcasm or bitterness. It's a good weird.
