I feel like I need an update, even if there's not too much terribly new going on (night shift will do that to you). So here's a little recap from yesterday. I wanted to knock things off my list of things to do, especially since I had momentum going from making a lot of good progress previously. As I went through, and kept saying "no, no, no..." I realized that I needed a day of rest. And then I saw "paint D&D figs." So I spent my day nowhere near a computer while I made the base figures for my D&D character on my current campaign. I present to you: Bael, Son of Bael, an Elf Druid from Kit-Han-Nee (a small village in the far north of Neverwinter). The animal form figures are pretty much stock, aside from the snow under the spider, but the two elven-form figures are customized with glass beading and kneadatite. Quick and dirty photography just because.

Thanks for the testimonial. My family's just outside of Philly (to the west) but I went to Penn State (and graduated), so like half the town, I'm just hanging around State College looking for work, really. Nothing too exciting. I'm going to drive out to Ohio (though I call it Blowhio) to visit a friend who moved out to Columbus a couple months ago once I can pull together the gas money etc. (ie: when I get a job in town). Maybe I'll end up driving through your town!
