Dude, of course, I know Assacre. Then again, I'm an Austinite. Hope you get to move here.

I am moving close to my current place too. Currently live on East 9th St. (really in a back house so in between 9th and 8th). I'm moving to Waller St between 8th and 7th. Literally about a 45 to 60 second walk from where I am now, but so much nicer. Expensive but nice!
