It is 3:37pm Eastern standard time

I just spent the last 17 minutes smoking a few cigarettes while watching what had to have been a 1.5 to 2.25 year old half-shoed-girl run back-and-forth through a 10 linear feet section of flooded sidewalk with such complete abandoned joy that it made me think...
Every time she touched a puddle she would giggle in absolute glee.
The entire sidewalk was flooded in it's 10 feet length...
She made the 10' length in approximately 5 seconds (yes, folks, I was a math/cs major and I DO time things...)
So, she ran back and forth through the puddles which have accumulated from today's rain for what had to have been at least 2050 feet just laughing, and laughing, and laughing, and laughing...

It made me realize that I had no freaking earthly clue as to the last time I had experienced such joy.

Either I am getting old, or I have forgotten what is truly important...

That or I just had one too many cigarettes while watching said episode.

In any event, I still can't remember the last time I have been so fucking thrilled...That's just fucking sad.
