What a day today was, we had a bbq type deal thing at work which was great because I chilled (more like melted) outside most of the day instead of sitting at my desk working. I got a few things done work related so I wasn't a complete slacker. Man was it fucking hot out today. Another bonus to the bbq day was getting to see all the girls that work in different parts of my building. There is this one new girl, oh man cute as a button. short black hair rather petite and an alkaline trio tatoo. Too bad I didn't get a chance to talk to her. Perhaps tomorrow will yield better results.

I picked up the new alexisonfire cd the other day. It's fucking great, and I thought their last album was awesome, but this one definitely picked it up a notch. so there's Jimy's music recommendation for today.

I hope a columbus sg get together comes around kinda soon, I'd like to meet some of you guys/gals especially since I'm getting tired of being lonely in this damn city. I have trouble meeting people that I actually enjoy hanging out with so I end up spending most of my time alone which is nice sometimes, but can also get ptretty old after a while. I start to think everyone sucks here, I'm coming up on my one year anniversary of living in columbus and have no real friends. Talk about a bummer. Maybe that means its time to try out a different city.
