Survived the onslaught of holidays. New year is a coming. Lots to look forward to, Celebration 3, The Final Star Wars movie (Im not one of those whiney bitches that hates the first 2 cause things didnt go my way). Hopefully Ill get a new restaurant going in the New Year that would be nice. I love cooking at home but there is nothing compared to cooking for hundreds a day. What a rush. Well if I dont write soon Happy New year to those who count, you know who you are, and to those who are ready to stand and be counted! 1000 monkeys for all!
