At first, I was stuck on Netflix and chillin, and watched nearly everything I could have wanted to see.
I’m still watching avatar on Netflix 😉😇, but overall, I have been doing much better with maintaining my healthy eating habits and doing daily activities. I love to dance and go on walks to stay active. Hard to not to want to go outdoors in ☀️ San Diego.
For the past 9 months, I’ve been very focused on meditation and mindfulness, practices that I am still crafting for my individual needs.
We all seem to seek different insight, even from the same things...
