Hey all! I wanted to share with all of you my secret recipe for CBD Coconut Oil!
Whether you have chronic illness, chronic pain, or simply just need to alleviate occasional symptoms, this recipe is simple and easy to make. CBD Coconut Oil is non-psychoactive and very easy to use as a replacement for oil or butter in cooking and baking recipes. CBD alleviates several symptoms, such as nausea, migraines, pain, anxiety, PTSD, epilepsy, seizures, etc.
This is the beginning to many new cooking and baking with CBD recipes, that I will be sharing exclusively here on Suicide Girls!
CBD Coconut Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
3 grams 99%+ CBD Isolate
3/4 cups refined coconut oil
Materials Needed:
Silicone Stirring Spoon
1 quart (or 4 cups) Pyrex baking dish
32 oz (or 4 cups) Mason Jar
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Mix 3 grams 99% CBD Isolate with 3/4 cups refined coconut oil in Pyrex baking dish.
Baking:
Heat mixture in Pyrex baking dish at 225 degrees F for 2 hours, stir every 15 minutes.
When all of CBD isolate is dissolved, approximately 2-2 ½ hours, remove from oven and cool for 30 minutes, on top of stove. Store in a mason jar.
Notes:
At 76 degrees F temperature or lower, CBD Coconut Oil will be solid. If you want to replace butter or oil in a recipe with CBD Coconut Oil, heat the mason jar for 30 seconds to melt into a liquid, in lightly rolling boiling water bath on stove burner (heat on low-medium). Prepare water bath by placing hot water in a pot on the stove, and allow to boil. Then place mason jar inside the boilng water for 1-3 minutes, mix clock wise every 30 seconds.
You can store CBD Coconut Oil either at room temperature or in the fridge. You need to re-melt in hot water bath on stove if mixture coagulates, and mix by rotating with your hand, to ensure evenly mixed before use. If lightly coagulated, stand in the sun and mix in palm of your hand, warmth of hand will melt.
