i just got in from seeing guided by voices tonight...i'd never seen them play live before and i must say they were incredible...sure bob is no spring chicken and it can get a bit awkward watching middle-aged mid-westerners get shit faced and stumble all over thge stage but goddamn they play the shit out of mr.pollard's wonderful tunes...i lost track of time but i think they played for over two and half hours...it was a good night...
