Well I guess this is what you call a photo blog ^_^. Sometimes life surprises me. If anything I'd say life is one surprise leading to the next. Check this out.
So a month ago I saw a 'Falcon' near my window. It appeared to be hanging out at my neighbors window so I thought it was a pet and I'm the type of neighbor who doesn't say anything. Even if they have exotic pets . The bird flew around the work yard below my apartment and I thought it was cool. Weeks later, while installing my window AC unit the bird flew by many times. I thought it was strange that they'd let the bird get that close to me. It dawned on me an hour later that all the noise must have been attracting the bird. The next week I thought I'd try and figure out what attracted it.
It turned out to be the sliding of my window and the clicking of latches. So I managed to draw it towards me while I could snap a few shots. Sadly the weather is poor today. Here's what I snagged
When I was young and growing up on the farm; once a large bird of prey mostly brown. Maybe an young eagle. It had damaged its wing and slowly circled to the earth and landed near our work shed. I don't know if we still have the photo but it was really cool. We took it to a rescue where it got rehabilitated and found a mate.
I love birds of prey. Seeing this Peregrine falcon (I think) has reminded me of that. Kinda like Tony Saparno and the Ducks; this bird kinda makes me feel special. Like that eagle did when I was young.
Everything is good; I'm using credit card points to buy a wii. I'm very excited.....
And of course... Puppy
I'll get some better ones up. I've noticed that for someone who just bought a camera I never take photos.

That's pretty exciting to see a bird like that so close to your home.
