Well Friday was a little shitty. People are leaving the movie like rats from a sinking ship. And it looks like i am going to join them. I got a key 2nd A.D. job on a movie of the week. I made a deal with the A.D.'s on this job that i would P.A. until a got an A.D. job. I have already passed on a few small jobs that took 3 grand out of my pocket. I just can't let this opportunity pass. The real bummer is the 2nd 2nd' last day was Friday. He left early to go key 2nd a movie in Morocco. This movie is ruff enough without half the staff bailing out. Now its like starting over in the middle. I took this job because i wanted to get in with the 1st and 2nd, now I'm sure they will never hire me again even though i am the only one on the staff that had a deal to leave. Filmmaking is like mixing politics and high school.
