Well, the event went off. Amidst a round of difficult situations. There was an attempted suicide by one of the band members I had lined up for the night. Crazy and sad. But, in the end I was at least able to raise a couple hundred dollars for the homeless in the area. Considering everything that occurred and made the thing more stressful, I say that's pretty decent for a first attempt at something like this. And yes, my stress levels have finally come down a bit. All in all, a good learning experience and a good cause to raise money for. So I am happy for that.
