We're off to San Francisco today! OK, San Ramon, but still. We'll be in the city most of the weekend. We have a family tradition of going to Fleet Week, and I look forward to it every year. However, the Blue Angels are getting kinda dull--I mean, they're really cool the first two or three times you see them, but after that it gets a little played out. All that technology singularly designed to kill people, then to entertain beer-soaked crowds to the soothing sounds of "Rock You Like a Hurricane". With sincere apologies to Matt Groening (via Sideshow Bob).
Other than that, I'm meeting with an architect buddy of mine in SF to see about partnering in a, for me, satellite office (keeping the headquarters here in SoCal), BBQing with my brother and parents, leaving way too early so I can be at a meeting in Palos Verdes first thing Monday morning, then Disneyland with some friends who are coming down from utard (can't wait to see them!). Then off to San Diego for a field trip with my daughter to tour an aircraft carrier on Tuesday (damn, this weekend is quickly gaining a militaristic theme), then meeting with three different HOAs regarding landscape remodels at their respective country clubs on Wednesday, then pass out for three days on Thursday.
I should go back and edit the previous paragraph to remove all punctuation to make it the run-on sentence it deserves to be.

I think a lot of that stuff is my fault.
