So I had my review today - and they're saying I need to work on my speed - and so I don't get my whole raise yet. I'm still $0.50 under what I wanted.
But dammit, I'm already three times as fast as the other decorator (because I actually WORK). I'll just play their little game, and just annoy the crap out of them pointing out how much I got done in how little time until they gimme my damn money.
Anyway, *AFTER* the review was when I FINALLY got a couple of cool orders where I had a chance to try to impress.
Yes I know the proportions are off, but keep in mind - I have a LOT less time to do cakes than I used to:
