well, i can't help with the chicken, as i am a vegetarian. i say eat what you love, but eat it in a healthy way. i really love mexican food but instead of having a giant platter at the restaurant i make a really yummy taco salad at home. it's definitely a learning process, lol.
are you eating at night because your hungry, or because your bored, or what? i am totally a night snacker too, i just have to snack smarter and save calories for the end of the day. plan for it. try planning out what your going to eat for a day and see how that works for you.
ps- it is so weird and ironic that i am giving advise on this topic... lol.
