I've been hitting the weights at the gym and to my horror, I have gained 6-7 lbs in about 10 days.
I'm going to forget about the garlic bread I ate last night.

Consistency is the key, just keep at it and try not to get discouraged and give up. That's my 2 cents anyway.
I could cover a building with it.
