It's glorious sunshine here in Austin today. Last night was so nice. Anybody ride bikes? A pack of wild ones passed me up on Fourth Street. I'd just decided to take it easy and conserve energy for the hill that South Austin is when here they come and I just had to try to keep up. I did, but the quick pace that I set was something I just couldn't keep up.A good friend I met at the show encouraged me to take the scenic route home, which I did. Good stuff, I went by a house we shared for a long time. It's since been bought by some folks that actually live there and it looks much nicer now. Kept up and stuff.
La Cucaracha is closing. Tonight is the last night. Happy hour is until ten. I work a silly 5-9 shift tonight, so see you there afterwards. One last "Best Bloody Mary" in Austin
