just a quick blog... got my menu for tomorrow planned out. it's only a couple people this year so i'm not going big even though there is so much good stuff to make. anyway, it going to be brined and grilled cornish hens; sage, sausage and apple dressing; green bean cassarole; and possibly sweet potatos. that and some red wine and everyone should be happy.
