i have been really bad with time management lately. things that i need to get done, aren't. and it's not just onne thing here or there, it's everything. even the stuff i like doing, like working out. i'm not really sure why it's happening either. at first it was just work stuff that was getting put off. i have been REALLY burnt out on work and the massive amount of travel that has come with it so i guess that part is understandable. i just can't figure out why the rest of the stuff in my life is getting pushed to the side. maybe i need more me time, but wouldn't working out (which i do solo most of the time) count as me time? i don't know, just thinking out loud. either way, i have a very limited amount of non-work/non-travel days so i would think that i would be making the most of it and that would require me planning that time accordingly to make the most of it but that's not happening. lately, the 'down time' goes by and i get nothing done and then i feel guilty about it because there are things i'd like to do. it's a vicious cycle and one that i hope i soon break out of.
