just a couple of days from now i am going to be on a plane to stockholm sweden for the single speed world championships. neither my legs or liver are in the condition they need to be but i'm excited none the less. i'll make sure that i take lots of pictures for everyone. well i'm off to give my liver a workout. wish me luck.
