Finished the Spartan Super race in Asheville, NC this past weekend. And, yes I'm still sore. I'm slowly getting faster but it still hurts the same...and I'm ok with that :)

It's been forever since I've done an update. Feels like my life is like a NIN song..."everyday is exactly the same". Not much to report really. I'm finally getting in better shape...road riding, mountain biking, trail running, and other random exercises have started paying off.
