the cure show was really great. it was crazy hot there though, even for late afternoon. I caught the thursday and interpol sets as well. both were good. i'd never heard interpol before, as i had been told they weren't very good. i may have to re-think that. they put on a good performance, anyway.

the cure was excellent. i've never seen them play with the intensity and energy they had- not when i saw them live before or on tv. they played a ton of really old shit too. they didn't play just like heaven though. i was a bit surprised at that.

i also got to see napoleon dynamite this weekend. it is definitely worth seeing.

star wars ep. III title was announced yesterday also- Revenge of the Sith. but who didn't really see that one coming? i'm gonna be a geek and buy the t-shirt. its black with the old-school ROTJ-type logo, but says revenge of the sith. hopefully this will redeem the last two films. i'm not too sure that is really possible though.
