i've been off work since 2pm. some vacation hours became available, so i took a few.
i feel like i used to on those days when i got out early from school. uplifted, liberated. sure, it's a fleeting feeling, but good nonetheless.

I told my brother same thing about Nirvana....when they came her in 93. I had 3 tickets, and he was a HUGE Nirvana fan, but I had already invited another friend to go. I told him he could see them when they come back..lol. Well, they NEVER came back. I kick myself for that now. My brother is cool as hell. He's a meber here also. His name isin_flames. If it weren't for him I wouldnt have met alot of bands that I have. He's really close with Goldfinger and H20 which gives me all the benefits of knowing them also. It's funny b/c my friend John and I were just talking about how many bands we've seen over the years and didn't even realize we saw and met. He's an old school punk guy. Seen bands I could only dream of ever seeing. He's 33 so he's got a few years on me. He saw Social D back in the early-mid 80's...I would have loved to.
I need to figure out where and how we can hang out. I'm broke right now....can you maybe make it to the Evergreen Terrace, Armchair show? I will definetly be there. It's May 26th...only 10 bucks, but you have to buy tickets b/c it will sell out.
