Working on a position piece for the college's literary journal. Going to do "Responsibilities of a game designer in the future of gaming." Just got notes jotted down at the moment, but I think I should be able to flesh it out fairly well. My writing is fairly solid, but if anyone is a bad ass proof reader and wants to give it a look...

Sorry you were sick most of your time off. Lame!

Teaching? O_o; Dissecting is banned in most school systems. Like, since -we- were little. I never dissected anything for this reason. Didn't want to, but couldn't have if I did ..

The CD-rom is because I'm doing a distance-learning course, so it may be hard to find, but there may be a series; who knows. It's still kind of weird.

I should not respond directly after naps. Zombie-state. Mm.. kbye.

Easter was a tad rough. Woke up in the morning with a pretty killer sore throat, my head was swimming and my stomach was upset. Took some Ibuprofen and hoped for the best. The sunshine seemed to help a bit, and I'm only stuck with the sore throat.

Went to the wife's family first, it was a nice time, food was good. Sadly though during...

Okay, I'm sorry. This might be really fucked up .. and a tad uncharacteristic. But I actually found the bunny thing to be really funny. Probably also because I wasn't there. And -only- because it was a bunny. Obviously. Like the way you can't help the well of laughter at something, the more inappropriate the laughter is ..

Ohhh, sigh. That really is pretty terrible, though.

My cat used to be the same way, whenever I'd get on the computer. Or try to read. He'd be in my lap, or on the keyboard, or in my book. I mean RIGHT .. in my book, like it was his new favorite thing. :] Cats aren't my favorite, but that is one of my favorite things that they do .. as inconvenient as it is.

Let me know how HTTM is. It looks funny-silly, but I can't decide if it's too random for me.

Feel better.
chrysis:
Okay, okay, whoa. Now you're just being cruel.

.. didn't have to tell me it was crying with a broken face. ;-;

So somehow we've decided that April is going to be "Good music from the 90s" month on Facebook. Not entirely sure how this came about, but it's made me smile a fair amount.

This is just some of what's gone around.

And of course my favorite so far

Oh, I -watched- it, buddy. I watched it.. and it made me think there was something wrong with the video, or my speakers, or YouTube. Which I summed up in "WTFFFFFFFFFFF."

The sun pops out and suddenly Spring is....well Spring. Here the first bit of Spring is like an extension of Winter under a new guise, designed solely to get your hopes up, and then crush them. Looking at the forecast though, I think it just may finally be Spring. This will quickly warp into Summer, but in the meantime, it is very important.

Everything turns...

I want to see How To Train Your Dragon soooo bad! I havent seen any of these movies.. hrmmm...
chrysis:
Argh. I should have known.

In other news -- the only trailer for the Dragon movie I saw said it was likely to be the next E.T., yadda yadda. I don't know why, but I hate when movies over-announce themselves; it makes me want to -not- see them.

I do want to see the new Ben Stiller, despite my extreme distaste for him. Greenberg or something? Looks -so- good.

Just uploaded my last English Comp paper, and wait for it......wait for it....wait for it.... *sigh of relief*. Ahhhhh. So ready to start my next class. I'll admit writing within strict rules has been a useful thing for me, and I enjoyed the challenge, but at the same time without room to flourish writing loses its draw for me. I'm the guy that won't update...

rambling is always good.
I just signed my life away to my college in NYC
life will be very interesting starting in September!

That video was fucking creepy. Dude was not real. I made it through 50 seconds, and I'm a little upset with you for it despite the warning. -_-;

A lot is going on, so this will more than likely consist of rambling and broken thoughts. So in advance I apologize, it's how I roll.

First and foremost I have a feeling I'm going to have to hide from facebook until all the ignorant people stop spouting off about how upset they are about health care. Half of them are still on their parents...

I'm quite convinced it needs to hurry up and be Saturday. I'm ready for the weekend. Homework has been a little heavy this week, and work has been rather hectic. Saturday will make for a nice change of pace, as long as the weather holds.

Going to try and talk the wife into going to Cedar Lee up in Cleveland Saturday night to see this:...

Yeeeah. Did you catch the close-up on third from the bottom? This cat is a BIGTIME DROOLER. I walked away from that little play-session with DROPS on my jeans. I mean, she is worse than the last dog I had. My face was covered, the first night.. and I mean, .. it was bad. I think maybe it was my makeup or lotion or something that she liked, because she seriously wanted -something.- The last picture, she ended up trying to eat one of my earrings. :/ Which I've noticed kittens always like -- any jewelry must go.

But the drooling is just .. wtfffffffff.

PS; Good looking out on the panda. ;]

When the sun comes out, my music perks up.

This is our city of the dead
Another life holds its weary head
We hope, we try, we live, survive
Counting days, trying to get by
Waiting for the calling
Anticipation in the air
We hope and dream of difference
City sleeping, unaware

Break the silence, WAKE THE DEAD
Running through these streets alone
I'll kick...

First I'd like to say, the rest of the New York pictures and stories will be posted eventually. Hopefully by the end of this week. Just been super busy this week with work, homework, etc.

Two of our friends had a birthday party for their 1 year old girl this weekend, so we stopped by that. The amount of cuteness was almost unbearable. Luckily we're...

I didn't dislike 2012 although it's an all too seen clich!

I still have the other 2 to check out, but I'm now very curious about the Waltz with Bashir!
caia:
Thanks for the recommendation, I've downloaded both already smile
For you I recommend a reading... The time traveler's wife by Audrey Niffenegger, there's also the movie, but obviously the book is better although the movie is good also.
