Holy busy last few weeks, I can't believe it's Halloween and almost November!! So much has happened recently.... I flew out to Australia and Japan on business for 2 weeks, came back to Austria and left immediately for Italy, then moved into my new apartment in St Johann. So insaneo busy! I really was looking forward to Halloween to blow off some steam, but it's not really celebrated over here (sad face). People say it's gaining popularity, but it's nothing like back home in the US. It's mostly the implanted Brits and Americans who live here that celebrate it (understandably). I definitely got a little homesick seeing my friends Halloween party pictures on Facebook today... But enough of this emo crap, let's check out some pics of the recent awesomeness I got myself into
Ginza District, Downtown Tokyo
Japanese toilet instructions: wet, wetter, blast off!
Simple subway directions...
New Apartment in St Johann!!!
So flipping excited about the new place: right in the center of town, 2 floors, 150 sq meters, 3-bedroom (I have one roommate), balcony... I can't wait until it's all set up and done. I was in a temporary flat before, which was furnished, but now that I have my own place, I need to buy everything. Literally everything. Because I had to sell my furniture etc before I moved to Austria, I have to buy it all over again- bed, mattress, couch, tables, chairs, a fork or two, you name it I have to buy it. Wowsers. But once it's all set, it will be a rocking flat. If anyone ever wants to come visit the Austrian Alps, there is a guest room
