Hey, yes, I'm still alive; just busy, and trying to get back to "normal" after a recent death in my family. I'm still planning on coming back. Hopefully soon. For good.
Now onto those thoughts:
As I've been dealing with stress and family things, I've found myself diving back into my comic collection (not to mention blowing a lot of money on that aforementioned collection), and it's got me thinking:
I've written a bunch of feature length screenplays that, unless I get famous, or someone trusts me with a huge sum of money, would cost the equivalent of a small country's GDP to produce. As a lover of comics, and as someone who still very much wants to tell these stories, I'm thinking about rewriting/formatting/editing/other verbs them into comic scripts. Like graphic novel, or mini series, scripts, and creating my own comic series. I think I've got a good idea of how to actually do the script parts, but as someone incapable of drawing, I need to find an equally interested artist to work with (and one who doesn't mind working for free in the beginning).
Well, that's been my thought process lately. I'm not sure what'll really come of it, but who knows.
