Officially had my last cigarette on Saturday, and I haven't bought a pack since.
The cravings haven't been too bad (vaping helps a lot with the whole nicotine thing), but my life for the last few years has revolved around either going out to buy, or sitting outside to smoke, cigarettes, so it's like I'm having to relearn how to do things.
I have found a replacement habit though:
I'm glad I discovered cooking; it takes time and focus, so it's a prefect distraction.
My roommate has been incredibly supportive, which I'm still trying to get used to living with a good person (first time in 26 years).
