It's been a quiet Monday. No zombies to deal with (unless you count my co-workers.) The weekend was awesome. There was much red wine and the making of much love. I put up my Christmas tree too but went for a more conservative approach (no condoms and cock rings this year.)
I have decided to go on a diet. I'm a pretty healthful eater and I exercise but my behavior is fairly random. It's time to step up the effort. I gained a lot of weight last year and I am just tired of it. I might even do Weight Watchers. I have friends who swear by it.
