So yeah, I survived the hurricane. I tied myself up securely. 
It didn't affect (effect? I always get those mixed up) us too much except for the power being out for about 24 hours. But I found I'm really productive when there's no TV or internet to distract me. Got rid of a bunch of old xmas and birthday cards. I even found some of those oragami notes from middle school. But today all is back to normal in my little world, back to work, and I even get to go to dance class tonight! woo! I'm pretty sure we have all the music picked out for the performance in Oct (If the Hookah is still there...)
and for those of you not coming in Oct you better be there for December, I think I'm committed to doing a solo! Eek!
