Volunteer coaching the track team is pretty cool. I think I tend to surprise them will all my knowledge about proper technique. It feels good to make the better of the runners on the team still question the way they do things and to show them there is a better way. I feel like I actually teach them things when I'm pointing out little details to them. Yay track and field. Oh how I miss competing.
