Finished my first Tough Mudder yesterday Very pleased with myself although my body isn't quite so pleased with me lol Took the day off and the recovery is going slowly. I love lazy mondays. Beats the hell out of working

Sick for the past few days. What a way to start the new job. Working for a contracting company for a while before I head to FL to go to school. Being home is good so far. There isn't anyone around though. Pretty boring. Oh well. I'll be in a sunny place soon

Volunteer coaching the track team is pretty cool. I think I tend to surprise them will all my knowledge about proper technique. It feels good to make the better of the runners on the team still question the way they do things and to show them there is a better way. I feel like I actually teach them things when I'm pointing out little details...
