so, i woke up today at about 4:30pm and went to the bathroom. i kept hearing a dripping noise, but i couln't find anything in the bathroom that was leaking. I headed into the kitchen and check the sink, but then i stepped into a big wet spot in the carpet. i took a look at the ceiling and there a big wet spot from above my cabonets to the kitchen light.
the people above me aparently put something like a penny or a dime into the garbage disposal, which caused a hole to be blown into the pipe. so i guess for the past 6 hours or so water had been leaking from their sink into my apartment.
i was thinking about going up there and meeting them, but i'm to lazy. I would be pissed, but i don't have to pay for a new carpet or for repairs or anything, so i really just dont care. if it was above my computer, it would be a different story though...
