So the past 2 months of my life have flown by in a whirlwind of chaos and changes. I finally feel like I've settled down, back into a routine and can bring myself fully to all the things I'm invested in.
So be prepared for more of me in your lives. (insert Scar's song from Lion King here ;) )
In case you were wondering what caused all this chaos was 1) finally moving my horses out of my sister's barn. Thank whatever deity you choose to believe in. I'm so much happier and bottom line my horses are happier. And if you've come to know anything about me my horses are my heart. (Which is why I'm getting a new tattoo to honor them in a few weeks. SO EXCITED!)
2) Moved out of our apartment into the hub's grandmothers house. Now I know that sounds ridiculous, but it's essentially a mansion in a gated community with multi-million dollar houses. And we have the majority of the 2nd floor to ourselves for zero rent. For reference it's the house I've shot both of my sets in. It's gorgeous. And I'm trying to figure out if there is enough light to shoot a set in my new reading nook because that's where I'm most comfortable in this house.
3) Then I went to Georgia for a week to see my bestest friend, Ali. This time we went to Disney world and decided not to go back. Universal was much more fun. But I did a shitton of shopping and got a bunch of fabulous things.
4) Work has been crazy. More than half of my staff are high schoolers and all of them are busy and don't want to work. Insert me lifeguarding, teaching, and being an aerobics instructor all while trying to finish all the projects in the office that I have to do. I'm usually mentally fried by the end of the day and come home and read until I go to sleep. Oh and I decided to work at another pool one day a week teaching lessons so I now work 6 days a week.
5) I've been battling an injury to my arm so I haven't been able to work out, then I trashed my knee again and still have been unable to work out on top of being in a lot of pain. So I've been really un-confident about myself and that doesn't translate well into sharing myself with you lovely people.
