I did tell you I am prone to disappearing for long bouts, right?


As promised, I did run the marathon at Niagara Falls.


The falls are gorgeous, by the way.

I should have come back to say thanks for the well wishes and the running "with" me.

I got caught up in a little bit of personal drama, which basically involved me having a series of tumors removed from my body and freaking out a lot.

The tumors are gone, I'm cancer free, and all that.

From a distance, it feels like much ado about nothing.

But for a while, I was contemplating questions like how I would want to live the last year of my life, would I quit my job, would I spend more time doing aerial, would I need a buddy to run with me?

To the back burner, creepy musings. I am done with you.

Also worth noting?

We re-elected that president I like.

Aaaaand.....
I look really good with a mustache.
