I have been vegan for 3 years now and I love the changes I have experienced in my life. I am not running around saying everyone needs to be vegan, but we as individuals deserve to take care of our bodies the best way that fits for us. There are many options out there for everyone's eating habits, lifestyle, time limits, skill level, and possible injuries or health concers.
Get friends involved and get healthy together! We can achieve more working together with amazing support than we can ever do alone.
