I am having the worst time trying to sleep. I have been laying in bed for 3 hours just thinking about everything as well as sleep. I thought I was ready to fall asleep for a minute at one point, but then all of lives worries came rushing back.
What do you do when you can't fall asleep?
Do you have tricks or home remedies to fall asleep?
Or do you just give in to the insomnia and dive in to work like I do?

I don't partake in the green but my wife does. Sometimes she gets insomnia as well so I'll run that by her. Thanks!
