It's finished, and now I can look at my entire outfit at once. I blame my fashion crimes of the past decade on not ever having had a full length mirror.

Things I saw today:
- A crow flying past my window
- A picture of a Malaysian woman kneeling on a platform, being caned, surrounded by men taking photos
- The growing belly of a pregnant friend
- An article arguing for anti-aging research to be our first priority
- A NASA return capsule containing the amino acid glycine, picked up in the spacedust of a comet
- A good-looking man sitting with his (clearly visiting from out-of-town) parents in a coffee shop
- My cat sleeping on her beanbag, curled up like a fox
