I can't do a breakfast blog anymore. Every morning, since sometime mid-late 2006, I wake up and prepare the following:
1 cups Weetabix Crispy Flakes & Fibre
1 cup fresh strawberries
Soy milk
If I'm feeling like mixing it up a bit I might add some ground flax seeds, or have glass of protein powder & water as well.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go and do 2 hours of what looks a little like this:

Weetabix is the shiz. I grew up stuffing that into my gob before rushing out into the cold everyday. I hated it for many a year. Not sure what turned me around on it. You seem happier. That's a good thing.

I am a vegan, but not that good of a vegan - my breakfast typically consists of Silk Soy Milk and corn flakes ... I am curious about this weetabix though.
