Just say no.
That's my advice.
Sure, they'll tell you how great it is. "Everybody's trying it." So you give it a try, thinking, "Just a bit... I can always just stop, if I don't like it." But you get sucked in. You try it for a while... you get used to it. You start to think you need it. You keep going... more and more. By the time you realize you've made a mistake, it's too late. You're committed. Addicted. You can't get out. It's all downhill from there. It never ends.
