I can settle down and be doing just fine
till I hear an old frieght rollin down the line
Then I hurry straight home and pack,
and if I did not go I believe I'd blow my stack
I love you baby, but you gotta understand when god made me he made a ramblin man
Some folks might say that Im no good
that I wouldn't settle down if I could.
But when that open road starts to callin me, theres somethin over the hill that I gotta see
Sometimes its hard, but you gotta understand when the lord made me he made a ramblin man
I love to see the towns passin by,
and to ride these rails beneath gods blue sky
Let me travel this land from the mountains to the sea, cause thats the life that I believe that he meant for me
And when I'm gone and at my grave you stand just say gods called home a ramblin man

I am no fan of country music, personally I view it as a plague. Yet this song can most aptly descibe how I feel right now.
Every few months I get the urge to get out of the ice island. I travel to somewhere I have never been before, and don't know anyone. I sleep on the street or a park or whatevah. I write about my adventure and take photos.
I think this is fun, but most people think that I am crazy for doing this. My last trip was to Portland.
That song is shaking my bones and igniting my soul.
