I fasted from Thursday until Monday. On Monday, in the after noon, I ate a veggie omlette and some hashbrowns. I forgot how good something as simple as that could be.
Days 1,2, were not entirely to bad. Day 3 and 4 was real hard. I felt weak, and all that I could think about was food. On Monday I knew I was going to eat, so it was not to bad.
Today I feel great, totally brand new. To me the fast was totally worth it, but I think in the future 2 or 3, three day fasts will do me better.
Back to being normal..

four days, huh. Yeah, I'd like to do that - but I've got a bit of a temper and no food = very grumpy minky. I've never done more than 2 days, which I don't think is very satisfying. I wouldn't mind being brand new.
