fasting is the worlds most ancient and natural healing mechanism. Practiced mostly in eastern cultures, but also in ancient greece. Famous western minds such as paracles, aristotle, plato, and pythagorous recommended it for all of their students.

fasting triggers a cleansing process that reaches every cell in the body. with in 24 hours, enzymes stop entering the stomach and travel instead to the intestines and into the blood stream, where they circulate and gobble up unwelcomed microbes, dead and damaged cells, and other pollutants.

The most important benifit of fasting is that it thouroughly cleans and purifies the blood stream. with out this purification process germs have a field day in the blood stream.
unobstructed circulation of fresh blood and vital energy are the most important factors in health.

Well enough said, I fast twice a year. it is painful and difficult, last year I did a three day, and a brutal six day fast. For me it is this time of year again.

Today is day three, with no food. just water and a whole lotta will power. It feels like I have a hangover, with out the headache. Every smell(food) is much stronger, I also think about food allot, and what I will eat. I plan to go five days, so I got two more left.

Most people think that I am crazy for doing this. I suppose SG will be no different. If I post in the next two days it will probably be about food.

DON'T BE CRAZY LIKE ME
GO EAT........

wow, I wish I could do that. I don't think that would be a good idea while weight training, though.....and I don't know if I have the will power anyways. good luck.
