Yea! The sun came out today! I so love it when it does that. It really brightens up my mood and attitude.
I've been pretty busy with school and stuff. I've got tests on Monday, so I've got lots to study this weekend. I tried to go see Borat Thursday night, but it was sold out. Now I'll have to wait until next week since I don't really have time to spare this weekend. I hear it's really funny and I can't wait to see it. Instead, I watched Syriana, which was really good, but in a different way of course. I just think the world is a little to FUBAR sometimes. But I'm still hopeful. I hope you are too.
peace,

I love baking, i go through phases where i barely bake and then i bake nonstop.
I've been cheating lately and making my pies with ready made pastry...vegan of course...I just cook my apples down wiht some water (slice them reasonably finely) when all nice and soft stir in enough cinnamon and sugar to taste and blend. I blend mine as I usually make mini apple pies as they are great for taking to college for the lunch and lumps mean you cant fit as much filling in!
Push pasty into greased cupcake trays to make the bottom half. fill with filling and roll the rest of pastry out and cut into cicles for the top. dust with sugar then bake in the oven until golden brown!
Lazy recipe!!
